Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Feedlens, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

2. The service

Feedlens analyzes customer reviews you submit and produces automated sentiment, themes, and action items. The analysis is generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete — treat it as a helpful signal, not professional, legal, or financial advice.

3. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Feedlens.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the reviews and data you submit. You confirm you have the right to submit that content and to have it processed by our AI provider for analysis. Don’t submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you’re not permitted to share.

5. Plans & billing

• Free plan: up to 50 reviews per month and 1 project.
• Pro plan: unlimited reviews and projects, billed via Xendit at Rp199.000 / month or Rp1.910.400 / year (20% off).
• Pro is time-boxed per payment: each successful payment grants a fixed access period (30 days monthly, 365 days annual). Access does not auto-renew — you pay again to extend.
• Prices are in IDR and may change; changes apply to future payments. Payments already made for the current period are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

• Don’t abuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to breach the service.
• Don’t use Feedlens to process data you have no right to, or for unlawful purposes.
• Don’t resell the service without our written permission.

7. Availability & disclaimer

Feedlens is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that the service or the AI output will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feedlens and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the AI analysis. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using Feedlens and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves; the “last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
