Feedlens

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

1. Overview

Feedlens (“we”, “us”) is an AI tool that analyzes customer reviews you submit and turns them into sentiment, themes, and action items. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with. We keep it short and honest.

2. What we collect

  • Account data — your email and name, provided when you sign up with email or Google.
  • Content you submit — the review/feedback text (and CSVs) you paste for analysis, plus the AI-generated results.
  • Workspace data — workspace and project names, and your plan status.
  • Usage — basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
  • Payment — handled entirely by our processor (Xendit). We never see or store your card, e-wallet, or bank details.

3. How we use it

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your review content to train our own models.

  • To provide the core feature: analyze your reviews and show your dashboard.
  • To manage your account, plan, and billing.
  • To secure the service and prevent abuse.

4. Third parties we use

Each provider handles data under its own terms and security controls.

  • Supabase — authentication and database (stores your account and review data), protected by row-level security.
  • Groq — processes your review text to generate the AI analysis. Text is sent for processing only when you click “Analyze”.
  • Xendit — payment processing for Pro subscriptions.
  • Google — optional sign-in (OAuth).
  • Vercel — application hosting.

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time; we will delete it within a reasonable period unless we must keep records for legal or billing reasons.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these, email alvinsalim01@gmail.com.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls (row-level security). Secret keys are kept server-side and never exposed to the browser. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

8. Children

Feedlens is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
